Church's fairy trail shares the story of God's love

First published on: 5th August 2022

Reverend Adam Denley and his team at Folkestone, St John have put together a brand new experience for children and families.

Their interactive fairy trail allows you to use a smartphone to scan QR codes along the way.  These codes then take you to a narrated story which follows two fairies, Punchinello and Lucia.  The American author, Max Lucado, gave permission for the church to re-tell his story in this new and exciting way.

Reverend Adam said: “I’m hoping for the community and for families in the area to come and to hear something of the wonderful message that we have a creator God who has made them and they’re special to Him because he has created them.  That sits at the heart of the story and that’s a key message of the Christian faith that we want to share and for people to experience the joy of knowing.”
